PLEASE NOTE:
When you upload your book pages for print, that the
front (cover page) and back (parting page) pages are REQUIRED and not optional. If you don't have that first page there, your planner grid is going to start on the very first page and it's going to print out of order.
I just got mine today via FED EX and I was so impressed with the quality of this book/planner and how it printed. This thing is AMAZING to say the least!!! It's like a mini portfolio with a planner as the bonus.....that is if you plan to slip it in your purse like I do. You can just whip it out and there's 52 of your best and favorite photos. With mine, I'm going to put a few lil envelopes on the back (well the inside of the back, as it's made of a thick board) with my business cards in them.
Here's a link to where I got my mini envelopes:

My 2011 Photo Planner comes with:
52 week planner pages, in both JPG (for those who are good with it as is) and PSD format (for those who would like to customize theirs a bit more - please do note that the text is not editable, the planner grid is on a layer by itself and you can add a color fill layer and dump some color on, if you'd like your planner grid a different color or if you'd like to add some paper under the grid).
A front and back with a neutral paper design (you can also change this out, if you wish to do so).
A cover and parting page, a photo page (this is the template you would use on the left of the planner for the photos).
Instructions - in JPG format and PSD format (the psd format has links in the layers palette for CPQ & CPQ's Spiral bound press book page.
I've also included my sample photos for you. This is to be printed out as a 5x7 spiral bound proof book from CPQ (you may choose to have it printed as a 5x7 press book at your lab, but you would have to make the needed adjustments for the guides).
Here's what the paper that comes with the planner looks like:
